The clinic is located in the historic Highland Creek Village, in east Scarborough. We are in the vicinity of the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus, on the southeast corner of Morrish and Old Kingston Rd.
Free parking is available at the Highland Centre Plaza. TTC Bus Route 38 Highland Creek runs near the plaza.
Children who are in junior kindergarten are eligible for a pair of complimentary prescription glasses. Please inquire to see if your child qualifies.
Children and teens ages 19 and under, seniors ages 65 and up, and patients with specific conditions, are eligible for eye exams. Please present a valid health card at your visit.
Our office direct bills to most insurance companies. Please bring your policy information to your visit. Please be advised, we may only bill the primary coverage.
The office is open by appointment only. We cannot accommodate walk-ins. Our focus is to provide exceptional eye care while ensuring the health safety of our patients and our team.
Some of the changes that patients can expect upon visiting the clinic are:
- Screening for illness symptoms before entering the clinic
- Anyone with illness symptoms is kindly advised to wear a mask or reschedule their appointment
- Hand washing or hand sanitizing
- Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, tools, equipment and eyeglasses frames
Our patients can rest assured we are taking the necessary steps to allow for an enjoyable and safe visit to the clinic. Patients wishing to order or pick up contact lenses, glasses or dry eye products are encouraged to call or email the office ahead of time.
Dr. Jessica Hall was born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario. She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry and Honours Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2011.
During training, she provided eye care at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and gained valuable experience managing diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. After graduating, Dr. Hall worked in different practice settings in Port Perry, Ajax, Bowmanville, and Sudbury. In 2014, she opened her practice in Highland Creek Village.
Dr. Hall is a Toronto area Ambassador for the Eye See… Eye Learn children’s vision program. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists, and the Canadian Association of Optometrists. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending quality time with friends and family.
Dr. Elinor Goldhar did her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, obtaining an Honour’s Bachelor of Medical Science with a specialization in pharmaceutical science. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2020, the year of the optometrist!
During her optometric studies, Dr. Goldhar was selected for the LASIK MD Internship which allowed her to have extensive training in refractive surgeries. She was involved in the mentorship program through the Canadian Association of Optometry students, which connected optometry students to doctors in the community. She also completed a fourth-year placement at Toronto’s Clarity Eye Institute, where she worked alongside ophthalmologists specializing in glaucoma, dry eye, cataract surgery and retinal disease.
Dr. Goldhar is a member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario, the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists. When she isn’t seeing patients, she enjoys reading, cooking, yoga and playing with her dog Murphy.
Dr. Lin received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo.
During optometry school, she completed her ocular disease externship in Florida working alongside various ophthalmologists. There, she gained valuable experience co-managing patients with ocular conditions such as cataract, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.
Dr. Lin is a member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario, and the Ontario Association of Optometrists. In her free time, she enjoys running, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
We offer eye exams for patients of all ages. We also co-manage conditions with other health care providers, and send referrals when required. New patients are welcome, and no referral is required to visit our office.

We monitor and co-manage ocular conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. Diagnostic testing allows more in depth monitoring.

Orders placed online will be verified over the phone or by email.
